1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to businesses who use the ShowLab Pty Limited (84 688 061 145) platform to list and provide promotional experiences to creators. 
By signing up and using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms, and our Privacy Policy. 

2. Business Eligibility 

• You must be legally authorised to represent the business you are registering. 
• Your business must be registered in Australia and have an active ABN. 
  You must comply with any relevant industry regulations, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws where applicable. 

3. Platform Purpose 

• ShowLab connects businesses with creators to promote offerings in exchange for gifted services, experiences, or products. 
• ShowLab is not responsible for negotiating the terms of content creation or setting content standards beyond the platform’s guidelines. 

4. Business Responsibilities 

• Honour offers as described in the app. 
• Ensure staff are trained and informed to recognise creator bookings. 
• Do not charge influencers for the agreed collaboration offer. 
• Only repost influencer content with proper credit unless otherwise agreed. 
• Comply with local laws (e.g., RSA, food safety). 
  You may pause or edit offers anytime via your dashboard. 
• Repeated cancellations or poor creator feedback may affect listing status. 

5. Event-Specific Business Obligations 

• Must honour event offers exactly as listed. 
• Provide the experience as described with no hidden charges. 
• Ensure staff are aware of the booking and offer. 
• May repost influencer content with credit unless otherwise agreed. 
• Provide a welcoming and fair experience. 

6. Content Usage

•  You may repost or reshare creator content delivered as part of a ShowLab collaboration with proper attribution. 
• You must obtain written permission for use in paid advertising or campaigns beyond organic reshares. 

7. Fees & Billing 

• ShowLab may charge subscription fees or listing fees for access to creator matching and additional tools.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law. 
• Payments are processed through third-party providers. 

8. Code of Conduct

•  You agree not to discriminate, harass, or exploit creators.
• You agree to represent your offerings truthfully and fulfil them as agreed.
• You must not attempt to engage creators in private deals circumventing the platform. 

9. Termination & Removal 

• We may suspend or remove your account and listings for breach of Terms, poor conduct, or inappropriate behaviour.
• You may cancel your account at any time. 

10. Disclaimers & Liability 

• ShowLab does not guarantee content performance, reach, or commercial results.
• We are not liable for any damages, loss, or disputes resulting from your use of the platform or creator interactions.
• You are solely responsible for the safety and legality of your venue and services. 

11. Modifications 
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes agreement.

Mutual Collaboration Terms 

• No payment or upselling should be expected unless pre-agreed.
• The goods-for-services exchange must be clearly agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Cancellation or no-show policies apply (e.g., 24-hour notice).
• Repeated violations may result in removal or restriction of platform access.
