Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook Platform rules, we must provide a User Data Deletion Request URL or Data Deletion Instructions. If you wish to delete your activities for ShowLab App, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s “Settings & Privacy” menu. Click “Settings”.

2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook account.

3. Search and click “ShowLab App” in the search bar.

4. Scroll and click “Remove”.

5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

Requesting Manual Data Deletion

If you wish to delete the data stored directly on our servers (such as your account profile or historical activity), please follow the instructions below:

• Option 1: Log into your account settings within our app and select “Delete Account.”

• Option 2: Send an email to info@showlabapp.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include your registered email address or user ID.

Once we receive your request, we will delete your data from our database within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
